Plain-language summary, not legal advice.
Chispa comes in two forms — this website (chispa.live) and the Chispa mobile app for iOS and Android. They handle your data very differently, so they are described separately below. The short version: the mobile app collects nothing at all, and the website only collects what it needs to sign you in.
The app collects no personal data. There is no account and no sign-in.
The website offers an optional account so your settings and saved decks follow you between devices. If you sign in, here is what that involves.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, on the website or in the app. Your information is used only to run Chispa for you.
In the app, your data never leaves your device — reset it in Settings or delete the app and it is gone. On the web, we keep your account data for as long as your account exists; you can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from the account deletion page.
Chispa is a party game intended for adults (17+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
